5.2 Product Listings and Pricing
As a vendor, you’re responsible for ensuring that your product descriptions and prices are accurate. If something needs correcting, please update it promptly.

5.4 Returns and Warranty

5.5 Vendor Account Termination
If a vendor engages in practices that violate our terms or provides inaccurate information, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate the account. We always aim for transparency and fair practices.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 For Consumers (B2C)
We ship both within the UAE and internationally, depending on product availability and location. Delivery times and fees will be displayed at checkout for your convenience.
6.2 For Vendors (B2B)
Vendors are expected to ship products within agreed timeframes. If any delays occur, we kindly ask vendors to inform us as soon as possible. International shipments require compliance with customs duties and regulations. Any non-compliance could lead to penalties or account suspension.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
7.1 For Consumers (B2C)
If you’re not completely satisfied with a product, you can return it within 14 days, provided it’s unused, in its original packaging, and still in resellable condition.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days, and we’ll return the payment to the original method used.
7.2 For Vendors (B2B)
Funkysouq isn’t responsible for managing returns or disputes between vendors and consumers, so vendors should have clear return and refund policies in place. Vendors are required to honor refunds for faulty or defective products in line with UAE consumer protection laws.

9. Conduct on Funkysouq
9.1 We kindly ask all users and vendors to refrain from any unlawful or fraudulent activity while using Funkysouq.
