You can return items within 10 - 14 days of receiving your order, provided they are unused, in their original packaging, and in a condition suitable for resale. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 - 14 business days.

For orders within the UAE, delivery usually takes between 3 to 5 business days. For international shipments, delivery times may vary depending on customs and the chosen shipping provider.
